Where do I vote

Where do I vote, has been a million dollar question for me. After becoming a US citizen this would be the first election year when I am eligible to vote. However, I am still not sure whom to vote and where do I go to vote. Honestly, I have always wondered how the US electoral is structured and by doing some research I found the following.
The election of the leader of the United States and the Vice President of the United States is indirect and this is true in most of the democratic countries I have been following the elections. There are Presidential electors in the 50 states and depending on the representatives in the US Congress, the size of the electoral college also varies. The most populous states such as California, Texas, and New York have the most seats in congress, they also have the most electors.
The U.S. Constitution allows each state to choose its own means for the nomination of electors, which means the Electors are nominated in primaries the same way that other candidates are nominated or they can be nominated in party conventions, as well. The primary elections are run by state and local governments, which usually determines the candidates for the post of the president.
Basically, the primaries or caucuses are an electoral event in which residents of various states U.S. state of Iowa meet in their respective conventions or precinct caucuses and elect delegates to the corresponding county conventions. These county conventions then select delegates for both Congressional District Convention and the State Convention, which eventually choose the delegates for the presidential nominating conventions (the national conventions).
Today being Super Tuesday, 24 states are in the election mood and that constitutes more than half the population of this country and leading the list in population is the state of California. It seems, whoever looses out today, should not have a hope to become the President of United States.
I wish I knew where I could go and cast my vote.
