Water Cube opened

Today, China unvieled its Aquatic Center named “Water Cube” which will be used for the 2008 Olympics. Built at a cost of over $100M, mostly with donations from outside it has a unique design which inspires its name “Water Cube”. China dismissed concerns by many in the west that China may not be able to maintain the aquatic center adequately.
The Chinese government has been in full swing preparing to awe the West with all the modern facilities and amenities for the Olympics. I heard that the chinese government is going to extreme lengths to clean up the air around Beijing. Thousands of older model cars have been taken off the road by providing incentives to the owners. You have to give credit to their efforts to make a positive impression.
