This sounds so ridiculous, but that is exactly what the Iranian ambassador to Mexico claims. According to him, the bullets discovered in her body are not found in Iran and are generally used by CIA and other “terrorist” groups. The ambassador also claims this is a common tactic the CIA uses in many countries to create unrest.

Neda Sultan has become a symbol of the protest in Iran and is being considered a martyr. People all over the world are holding ceremonies as a tribute to her. A video of her minutes after she was hit by a bullet to her chest shows her struggling to breathe and blood coming out of her mouth and ears. That video has gone viral and has been watched thousands of times around the world.

There are stories that the Iranian government is harrassing her family and might have driven them from their home.

I truly hope that Neda, her family and the people of Iran get justice.
