Bea Arthur dies, Simon Cowell warns Susan Boyle and Swine flu spreads

Heard on the news that Bea Arthur, the sharp tongued, quick witted character in Golden Girls died today at age 86. She had perfect comic timing and made the show a big hit along with her co-stars. Besides Golden Girls she also starred in Maude.

Simon Cowell is so fed up with all the attention that Susan Boyle is getting due to her comments of living alone and her hair, etc, that he has warned her that just because she is popular does not mean she has won yet. She better prepare herself to win the competition!

Also in the news is the word that swine flu may become a pandemic. That is definitely scary.
